What equipment is needed?
- Fielding Mask
- Softball Glove
- Bat
- Batting Helmet
- Softball Cleats (non metal spikes) or tennis shoes
- Wear softball pants or other pants appropriate for sliding for games (Shorts ok for practices)
Team Equipment
Each team will have team bats and batting helmets. Bringing your own is optional.

Jerseys are included in the program fee.
When Are Games?
Coach Pitch - games will be tentatively scheduled for either 5:30pm or 6:45pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays with first half-hour being warm-ups. Games will vary based on the number of teams. Each team may play 1-2 games per week along with periodic practices. The season will run approximately from May 4 - July 17, 2026.
Junior Fastpitch - games will be tentatively scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays at either 5:30pm or 7:00pm with a half-hour prior being warmups. Games will vary based on the number of teams. Each team will play 1-2 games per week with periodic practices. The season will run approximately from May 4 - July 17, 2026.
There will be a league tournament* at the end of the season.
Senior Fastpitch - games will be tentatively scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays at either 5:30pm or 7:00pm with a half-hour prior being warmups. Each team will play 1-2 games per week with periodic practices. The season will run approximately from May 4 - July 17, 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions
What travel is required?
Practices will be held in New Richmond. Games will be played with local communities both home and away (typically 20-30 minute drive). Currently we partner with Hudson and Somerset, and we are excited to expand this to additional communitites for 2026.
Do I need to try out?
No, there is no try out required to play in our local travel program.
