Elite
Objective: To offer girls the chance to play softball at a consistently high level, providing them with the necessary challenges, experiences, knowledge, and exposure to reach their objectives. The aim is to instruct players on high-level play through physical, mental, and emotional training in a challenging, competitive, dedicated, and educational environment.
Ages
Elite teams can compete at the 10u, 12u, 14u, 16u and 18u levels, depending on the numbers of players, coach selection and overall skill.

The New Richmond Elite program brings together local athletes to compete at a high level while continuing to represent their home community. Teams are formed in late summer or early fall, train together throughout the winter, and compete as a unit during the summer, with age levels offered based on participation, coaching, and overall skill. Built on year-round development and early team formation, the program focuses on growing strong individual players who come together to strengthen both our association and high school programs.
