Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Travel

NRFPC Refund Policy *Eligibility for Refunds - Refund requests made prior to 12/15/2025 may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees, at the discretion of the NRFPC Board. - No refunds will be issued after 12/15/2025. *How to Request a Refund - To request a refund, please submit a written request via email to NR.Girls.Softball@gmail.com - Include your name, registration details, and the reason for the refund request. *Processing Time - Refund requests will be processed within **30 days** of receipt. - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at registration. *Exceptions - Refunds may be granted for medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, subject to review. Documentation may be required.
